Add the Atom recomended elements to the feeds

#147

Namely, 'Author' and 'Link', see http://www.atomenabled.org/developers/syndication/#recommendedFeedE...

Maybe add some of the optional elements, such as 'icon', 'logo', 'rights', and 'subtitle'...
