Yes, we need a redesign. And not just because the site is looking a bit old.
The HTML and CSS for the site is a bit of a mess... I suggest that we grab a nice Typographic or Grid layout, e.g. from here: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/07/08/free-typographic-xhtmlcs... (O’No! Typography looks pretty good for this.)
