Add tags

All the content should have tags. Also, when entering tags to any content, the user should be prompted with an autocompletion based on existing tags.

I've been doing some research (I.e. searching on Google). There's an acts_as_taggable plugin and gem available. The gem hasn't been updated since 2006, so I wouldn't use that.
I hear good things about the Acts As Taggable On Steroids plugin, which is an improved version of the acts_as_taggable plugin. Have a look: Acts As Taggable On Steroids
