Test and fix JS fallbacks

As far as possible, make sure that everything works and looks good without JS on both the frontend and admin views.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
After a quick test:
- I'm sure that everything on the frontend works without JS.
- Almost everything works in the admin section, with the notable exception of revisions (which don't work at all at the moment). I've added a ticket, #81
- Somethings aren't that pretty in the admin section without JS, but I don't care.
